About The Mindful Kitchen

Food should be an experience, always vibrant, truly nourishing, earth friendly and bursting with energy - this is the concept at the heart of The Mindful Kitchen and the foundation for every meal.

The Mindful Kitchen can cater for yoga and wellbeing retreats, events and private dinner parties. All meals are vegan and free from refined ingredients, beautifully presented, and designed to nourish. Menus are inspired by the seasons, I make as much as possible from scratch, with love and care, and source food sustainability, supporting organic and local suppliers wherever possible.

I have catered for more than 60 yoga and wellbeing retreats across the UK and Europe, and was will.i.am's private chef during the Covid lockdown.

I am an accredited Healing Diets Nutritional Consultant with the School of Natural Medicine. My knowledge of nutrition ensures that menus are well balanced and no one goes hungry.
