Pattie Shack is a family owned and run business with humble beginnings and has grown slowly from word of mouth and great reviews.

We left our shop to fully emerse ourselves into catering and meeting fantastic people along the way.

We have a private professional kitchen sometimes known as a Dark/Ghost kitchen fully equipped with a very recent 5 STAR hygiene rating Manchester City council

Offering a range of catering services at both public and private events such as festivals, weddings and funerals, this currently is done with a gazebo set up and any food offering can be prepared and cooked prior to arrival and transported in high quality/professional insulated containers which can maintain temperature for the duration of most journeys within reason.

Our offerings include our FAMOUS 5 cheese Mac'n' Cheese, a wide selection of patties, jerk seasoned wraps, stews and curries, fried chicken homemade gravy and cheese sauce.
Vegan and Gluten free options

Alternatively, items can be prepared and cooked onsite.

We're extremely flexible and have even supplied 500 canapés for a wedding earlier this year (which was an enjoyable first).

As you may see from the photos, we've recently been working and Pretty Little Thing Headquarters for a little over a year in which we provided hot/cold food for over 300 staff supplying salads and wraps
