We have a great selection of animals reptiles insects which we bring to schools, care homes, children's parties, beaver's, cubs, brownies clubs and local events etc.
We can cater for most places. Some of the animals from our collection are: Barney the barn owl, Nibbles the guinea pig, Piddles the rabbit, Woody the wood owl and new addition Berney the female barn owl. All the animals are well looked after and cared for.
So with Animal Encounters we offer a great handling/touching animal experience while learning some great facts about them. We run sessions that usually last an hour but we are happy to stay longer if required. The animals that I bring will depend on the length of time your session is booked for.

Fabulous experience.
The Petsman was great from start to finish. Perfect communications and on the day he quickly established a great rapport with the Brownies. Threw in facts, jokes and even some fun getting the brownies to attempt to mimic the movement of the millipede. The animals were are obviously well cared for and used to interacting with people and the Petsman was very generous with his time. A very positive experience with animals that tempted even the most nervous of Brownies to hold a creature. Highly recommended.

Apart from the wonder of the animals and how much the children were able to handle them, Geoff's calm demeanour made it a really enjoyable and relaxed session. I'm sure his manner helped some of the more anxious children really get the most out of our Cub session & we all had a ball! Thank you Geoff and your wonderful animals!

I am So thrilled I found Geoff he absolutely made the day!! The selection of animals was great and all the animals were calm and happy to be touched and held by the children - Geoff was great at making the children laugh and explaining about the animals a lot of them were rescue animals that he looks after himself at home so the value for money knowing that was incredible I would highly Recommend him!!
