Thanks again for being absolutely superb on Saturday night. You exceeded our expectations, allowing us to just get on with enjoying ourselves without feeling the need to manage you (although I might have jumped the gun a couple of times when asking you to do something you had already done!). We were told many times by our party guests how professional, efficient, friendly and smiling they thought you all were. I whole-heartedly agree. You made a real difference to our party and I would be more than happy to recommend you to others.

Contacted Add to Event for bar staff x 2 in rural Gloucestershire at relatively short notice (no local agencies could help). Natelie responded very fast and we had a good email exchange which resulted in her +1 coming to help with a 21st birthday party for 70 - dealt with drinks before dinner, looked after the wine during dinner and handled the bar after dinner. Coped well in a slightly unusual situation. Felt very comfortable with her (rather left her to it as I was busy) and she used her initiative when we were running out of champagne glasses before dinner (and had to trek across a field to come to the house to get water to rinse out used glasses!) She was kept busy during her 6 hours, but was still chirpy at 1am when she left.
