You may think you've tried focaccia and know it as a dry white bread with a few sparse toppings. But here at The Real Focaccia Company we do things properly. Focaccia is associated usually with Genoa where it's commonly known as fugassa and when it's not made as a simple tray shaped loaf it's topped with a special creamy cheese called stracchino. The dough is stretchy but crumbly and is deliciously rich with olive oil and tangy sea salt. Typically it's topped with simple Mediterranean ingredients and is usually finished with that sumptuous creamy cheese that gives it a unique rich flavour. We bake everything from the finest ingredients to an authentic Genoese recipe and pride ourselves as artisan producers of the highest quality breads. And to capture the scene we sell from a quirky little tuk-tuk, giving your event a final touch of authenticity.

Delicious coffee - very popular Focaccias
I asked Tom to attend our School Charity Christmas Market last weekend. He arrived early and delivered an excellent service. I asked him to provide a festive theme and he hand made a batch of Cinnamon Focaccias especially for our event. The van was quirky and eye-catching - and space saving! It was a welcome feature. He was courteous, efficient and a pleasure to do business with. Thank you - we will ask him to work with us again and will recommend to others.
