Our founder - Chef Neil Ramsey - is a true lover of food and a firm believer in the importance of taste and smell when it comes to creating and conjuring up memories. With a wealth of expertise, he's being cooking for over 30 years, beginning at the iconic Savoy Hotel and for the past 14 years, he's been the Executive Chef at the illustrious Lansdowne Club, Mayfair, before founding The Smokewood Catering Company.

Our unique vintage Citroen HY food truck with custom-built fire cage and smoker, is available to hire for any event - be that weddings, birthday parties, corporate events or festivals. Tell us about your event and we can create a personalised menu of barbecued, wood-fired street food from around the world, all to suit you.
