Born and bred in Glasgow I've lived in Winchester for over 10 years and it is now where I call home.

I set up the bar as I was fed up with whisky being seen as an old persons drink or only for connoisseurs. It really isn't! Whisky should be as accessible as gin and my aim with the pop up bar is to make it just that!

I always have 20 Scottish single malts on the menu as well as a few harder to find 'off menu' whiskies. I also do a couple a whisky cocktails that can be adapted to your own taste as well as you naming them for your event.

I offer a mini whisky tasting experience for guests which has proved very popular. They can try 3 different whiskies from the various Scottish regions and I explain a little about how it's made, the location of the distilleries and the different flavours. A really fun thing for guests to do over the course of the night.
