From private parties to corporate functions, we cater for all occasions, using only the finest local produce. Based on the Devon/Cornwall borders, The Spit Roast Specialist is an established family business with a reputation for friendly and efficient service. All our pigs are sourced locally and cooked to perfection in our mobile spit roasting machines for a minimum of 5 hours, resulting in a succulent roast with the crunchiest of cracklings.

Our trained chefs roast the pigs on site from raw, then carve and serve with fresh bread rolls and delicious home-made apple sauce – or you can choose from suckling pig, wild boar, lamb, hogget or venison, depending on the number of guests at your event. Our smokeless spit roasting machines gives us the freedom to cook wherever you want us to – from barns, village halls and marquees to agricultural shows, village fetes and beach parties.
