The Pizzas

We make epic wood-fired pizzas, each one is hand-stretched, not a rolling pin or dough roller insight! Our pizzas have a light and chewy crust and are made with fresh high-quality ingredients.

The Dough

We make all our own dough using only the best Italian 00 flour, yeast, and salt. It is then fermented for a minimum of 24 hours. This process allows the dough to develop flavour slowly creating our soft, chewy, blistery crust with charred spots known as leoparding.
