The Wildfire Pizza Company

The Wildfire Pizza Company provide mouth-watering catering for any event. We create sensational wood fired pizza for weddings, festivals, corporate events and parties. For each event we design a bespoke menu that is truly personal.

Our pizzas are made fresh and served out of our custom made wood fired pizza kitchen on wheels. Our stunning trailer is unique, and houses our pizza oven which reaches temperatures of over 450 degrees. Our roaring fire makes an excellent focal point at any event, and allows our pizzas to cook is as little as 90 seconds. Our dough is made fresh and proved for over 24 hours before being hand stretched. We use only the freshest of ingredients, from local butchers, farmers markets and grocers, or sourced from the birthplace of pizza, Italy.

Our menus are exciting and diverse - when available we feature various game options, including wild venison ragu and BBQ'd pheasant, which we serve alongside the italian classics.

The Wildfire Pizza Company are Scott and Karen, a husband and wife team who are passionate about all things food, especially pizzas.
We are creative and inventive with our pizzas, using seasonal ingredients to create exciting and delicious food.
