Asado is a term used both for a range of barbecue techniques and the social event of having or attending a barbecue in Argentina, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay, where it is an exceptionally popular dish. In these countries, asado is a traditional dish and also the standard word for "barbecue".

Brilliant. Amazing. Fantastic.
Just perfect. The run up communication was constant and clear. The event was just brilliant - service was perfect for us and so was the food. The food providence waslocal with interesting back stories and was cooked and put together with thought and skill. Tasted amazing. We would hugely recommend (Dave and sally, the set up and the food!) and will be booking again. Thank you xx

Thirst Choice were brilliant on the evening of a hen do I had arranged for my best friend down in Devon! They explained all the dishes clearly and were just great! Would definitely recommend them to anyone! They helped make it a lovely evening! Many thanks!
Amazing food and service.
We used Thirst Choice with Garnish for a small dinner party ( 8 guests) for my daughters 30th birthday. Sally was really helpful throughout and offered a great deal of flexibility. Communication throughout was excellent. The menu choices were vast and there’s something for everyone. David was our chef on the night. He was cheery and relaxed and had great local knowledge. We had three delicious courses which were cooked to perfection. The food was tasty and well presented. All the guests cleared their plates. I cannot fault the food or service and would thoroughly recommend the company. A fantastic experience overall. Thank you Sally & David.

Fantastic and friendly service
Lovely canopés and it was nice to meet Sally in person, and to see everyone’s glasses being topped up and happy faces all around.
