Do you need a new menu? Let Tim come and help you cost out your menu to achieve a fantastic Gross Profit (GP), negotiate with suppliers to achieve great value. With a wealth of experience as a personal and private chef, Tim is able to cost a menu on your behalf, identifying the direct and indirect costs involved in operating the menu. Balancing these costs will determine the ultimate success and Tim is on hand to help with your individual requirements.
Tim is also able to carry out kitchen audits to help you achieve a 5 star hygiene rating. Available for a long term contracts or just a few hours.

Tim to the rescue!
Tim was our knight in shining armour as our initial caterer let us down at the last minute. He provided exactly what we requested to a very high standard and we would have no hesitation in using his services again or recommending him.
Excellent Service and Fantastic Food
Tim and his team catered for our wedding reception really well. Many of our guests commented on how good the food was. In particular our vegan guests were very impressed with the variety of food on offer to them. Tim was flexible enough to enable us to increase our original order and he left us with an evening buffet to set out ourselves which was also food of great quality. Thanks Tim, we will definitely recommend you to others.
Faultless service
Absolutely delighted with how Tim catered for my daughter's 21st birthday barbecue lunch. The food was superb, produced without any fuss and completely cleared away afterwards. I would thoroughly recommend Tim to anyone wanting to host a fantastic event!

Excellent food, service and personal touches added
Tim was quick to respond to my plight for a caterer to attend a 40th wedding anniversary celebration. Throughout the whole planning prior to the event Tim paid particular attention to the detail. From the menu planning, adapting changes to suit our needs and accommodating the children too. His communication was consistent where needed, and the menu printed on the evening with the happy couples names and celebration event was a special touch. We truly felt like we were eating in a restaurant, didn’t once feel awkward with having Tim present whilst we were celebrating. There was particular attention to how we wanted the evening to run and nothing was rushed. Excellent food too..! Would definitely recommend..... Thank you again.
