The Food – Fresh, hot, and made fast. My menu includes paninis, sausage rolls, bacon baps, and a selection of confectionery. Everything is high-quality and pre-packed for freshness, cooked to perfection on my new-gen auto grill, which can turn around 2-3 items every few minutes—perfect for keeping up with busy crowds.

Eco-Friendly & Self-Sufficient – My trailer is designed to be fully self-sufficient, running on LPG and solar power. That means no electricity hook-up is needed—ideal for event holders with limited power supply. Plus, I recycle everything I can to keep things as sustainable as possible.
