Our Executive Chef and owner of Tnema Ltd, he comes from roots that come from his family of restaurateurs and event caterers for over 140 years in the center of Rome.
Having grown up in the restaurant industry, he later gained experience in starred restaurants (3 stars, 1 Michelin star) as well as various restaurants in over 12 countries around the world. He has been in London for over 6 years, including the role as Executive Head Chef in Downing Street.
Our UK base is in South West London, where our company operates.
