Drawing from years of experience in top kitchens in Europe and London, paired with a rural English upbringing on fresh produce from my home county of Dorset, you can expect a high-quality and unique dining experience. I endeavor to tailor my menus to each client, focusing on their preference and what ingredients can be sustainably sourced in their location.

I offer my services for many occasions, from intimate dinner parties and accompanying holiday groups to weddings and celebrations and much more in between. I am based in the UK but am happy to travel far and wide to give you and your guests an exceptional dining experience.
