Welcome to Top Hats & Tiara’s, a bespoke wedding planning service who pride themselves in planning, designing and managing your special day from start to finish. Our weddings are completely designed on your requests and thoughts and our bespoke packages are tailor made for you, so feel free to get in touch for a free, no obligation estimate.

Our two main services are as follows:

Full service. We can help with the planning, booking and managing of all vendors, from our carefully selected preferred supplier list. Through carefully planned meetings, telephone conversations and skype for those times when life gets hectic we will make a detailed plan of who we need to contact on your behalf.We will consult them with all of your requirements, arrange a quote from no less than three so the best option can be booked for your requirements. We will then arrange payment for the chosen supplier and ensure they are consulted and advised of all instructions or special requirements. We will keep in contact with them in the run up to the wedding and then the day before to provide you with peace of mind that everything will run smoothly.

On the day service. You may have already arranged your own suppliers but don’t want the added stress on your wedding day of ensuring they are all where they need to be. This is where we step in. You provide us with all of the supplier’s details and we will contact them one month prior to the wedding to touch base with them and iron out any issues they may have and then provide them with a detailed itinerary for the big day. We will then contact them the day before to make sure they are ready and aware of where they need to be and when. And finally, we will be present on the day to make sure it all goes as smoothly.
