We are a small team of talented chefs. We are flexible in the services that we provide, from birthdays to product launch events, you name it. Send us a quote via our website leaving a full description of the type of service you want, and we will produce.
For us, the most important thing is to find a solution that makes everybody happy. We take pride in producing mouth watering food and pleasing our people.
Before making a booking with us, we are able to offer a free sample tasting menu, to see if it is the type of thing that you’re looking
Typical Clients
Most commonly, corporate events- office lunches, business lunches etc. However it is seasonal. In the summer a lot of private clients, BBQs etc. Baby showers, birthday parties, boozy snacking, you name it.

A brilliant evening
Tommy was excellent. Catered for us for a family event of 20 people. Really great menu dealing with various dietary requirements. Great compliments from our guests. Arrived on time and left the kitchen super clean and tidy. We will certainly use Trayz again.
Fantastic quality and service!
Trays offered us excellent service and support in organising the afternoon tea, with a Caribbean twist, our late mum so dearly wanted. We had a fabulous time sampling Trayz menu suggestions and were blown away. It was perfect! Tommy and his team were enthusiastic, polite and well organised on the day. Friends and family were full of compliments, and the afternoon was a success. It was a shame they forgot to bring business cards...there were a few enquiries. Can highly recommend Trayz, and will certainly use them again in the future. If they continue with the same high quality service and communication they will go far! Unfortunately, we weren't thinking about taking pictures of the food on the day, but the presentation was beautiful.
