Everything is 100% homemade with no artificial flavors and strictly no MSG and is gluten free. We are very passionate about our food. It is prepared with TLC (tender loving chicken). The proof is in the taste of our buttermilk chicken which is made with 15 herbs and spices and is open fried to give that lovely crispy coating. We also cater for vegetarians
We offer buttermilk chicken wings with 3 different homemade sauces, mango chili, buffalo and BBQ and our new jumbo chicken burger. All these can be served with real potato chips and our homemade coleslaw.
Our newest edition is our monterey mushroom burger (vegi option) plus our Not Much Room Burger the ultimate hunger cure

Best chicken In town!!
George and his team served our wedding guests his amazing buttermilk fried chicken with chips and wings. The food was so so good, with really generous portions and all our guests were raving about the food. George is a really really nice friendly guy and has been very helpful from start to finish. Couldn’t praise them enough and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks George!
Great addition to our party
It was great to meet Uncle G and his family who are very passionate about their food. Our guests loved their food and it was a great addition to our party with no fuss as they just pull up outside and everything is contained in the truck.

Outstanding on all levels!
So I was I need of a food vendor for our schools Christmas fundraiser and Uncle G's name popped up! Wow did we hit the jackpot! The food and service were outstanding (having dealt with food vendors at previous fundraisers have gained a fair bit of experience) they are definitely the Aston Martin of superb street food and take it to a whole new level! I saw people queuing for second and third helpings and to know that George runs his company ethically is brilliant. So I wanted to say a huge thank you to George and his amazing family for attending the school fundraiser you are some of the nicest people you could wish to meet! It's so refreshing to find great street food that is fresh and tasty with no nasties. Please come back soon :-)
Great food, people loved it!
Food was amazing, and so was the service. Only issue was miscommunication in regards to set up time, so this is something to keep in mind with a fresh food company in the future. Would absolutely love to use them for another event, and allow enough prep time this time around, hopefully it will be an event that will allow this.
