Valencia Paella

We regularly travel around the UK offering our products to different catering events on a weekly basis, from as far North as Glasgow to as far south as Plymouth. Location is never a problem. Having recently been awarded the highest grading for food hygiene (Level 5) by Portsmouth City Council, it demonstrates our desire to set the highest standard in all parts of our business. We are proud to trade on the regular base at events like ‘The America’s Cup’ and ‘Victorious Festival’ in Portsmouth, Isle of Wight Festival, Neath Fair and also various American cars and Bike shows.

Our reputation is built on this ethos and will continue to grow in the same way. We primarily sell chicken and chorizo paella, seafood paella, prepared from fresh local ingredients and cooked in front of the customer. We also offer Spanish sausages, paella in tortilla wraps, cheesy nachos, and the option of cooking a traditional winter soup. In summary whatever you decide you want, we can provide. Our prices are always fair and extremely competitive and represent value for money. We are completely self-contained and self-sufficient as a business, cooking primarily on gas. Our stall will be vibrant and friendly offering traditional Spanish colours, and will be lit with strong outdoor lights. Customers will be greeted by very friendly and helpful staff, wearing Valencia Paella branded uniforms (again corporate image is very important to us). Customers will be engaged with at every opportunity, offering samples to entice them in to try our fabulous product. Establishing a rapport is key to our success.
