Valhalla Chef Phil has been working with food for over 20 years, starting off helping his mother in the kitchen and father with the BBQ, then after working as an apprentice in Restaurants, Bistro’s & Gastro Pubs throughout France and the UK. He has pursued his favourite part of the trade, cooking with open fire.
