Vamos Paella

We create huge pans of delicious paella, theatre style, using the finest ingredients, and serve it to your guests piping hot straight from the pan.

We choose our suppliers very carefully and source our Spanish ingredients from Brindisa - based in Borough Market. Our meat comes from two local, ethical family-run butchers - Oaks Farm in Ditchling and Timpsons Smallholdings. As we're lucky enough to be on the coast, we get our fresh seafood from Brighton and Newhaven Fish Sales, which have their own fishing boats and quotas.

We’re very mobile and can accommodate most venues, from open countryside and beaches to barns and manor houses. Our gas burners run off propane gas bottles, meaning that we don't need access to power or a professional kitchen to cater. Instead, we're completely self-sufficient.
