A mobile vegan catering unit.
I make my food fresh and can adapt to requirements. I try to keep my products minimally processed and as ethical as possible. It is important for me to serve the kind of food that I want to eat myself, So I focus on simplicity and nutrition, whilst not neglecting flavour and value. examples include fresh-cut potato fries with an African bean stew, Pico de Gallo or a "curry sauce" made from scratch.
I have the facility to make freshly ground coffee and can offer cold drinks, but I do also refill containers with tap water or offer cups of water to drink. I will not sell bottled water, and all of my cutlery and serving containers are fully compostable.
I am a very new business, and I am interested in working closely with customers to meet their needs. Everything on the van is vegan, and I will not serve any products of animal origin. This means that anyone should be able to enjoy what I make. I try to keep my allergy profile low, much of what I make is gluten free and only one product contains nuts. This fits in with my vision of good food, accessible to all.
