Your business: Wacko taco is a mobile Mexican inspired takeaway based In Newquay, Cornwall. Our homemade food and drink products are based on authentic street food recipes prepared and served with Cornish love and passion. Wacko taco operates from a handcrafted trailer, able to cater for both small- and large-scale events
Wacko taco is owned by Alex Pearse and Montana Logue. We set up the business to combine a love for Mexican food with a desire to showcase the best of Cornish hospitality and service. Monty is using her years of experience in the catering business to create delicious products and manage front of house operations. Alex Is using his experience as an engineer to manage assets, logistics and accounts. The name wacko taco reflects how crazy Alex and Monty are about Mexican food, a craziness we hope will be infectious to all those who taste our incredible products.
