We are based in South Gloucester but are happy to travel further afield! We provide a bespoke menu service at an affordable price and cater for weddings, festivals, and everything in between.
Our dough is proved slowly to give a bubbly crust – perfect for dunking in our homemade dips. Our woodfired oven reaches a sizzling 500 degrees and can cook a pizza in around 90 seconds, providing minimum waiting and maximum eating!
We are able to adapt to all dietary requirements given sufficient notice. We follow the seasons so keep an eye out for our specials on Instagram.

Custom menu and A-MA-ZING food
We couldn't have found a better caterer for our buffet-style barn wedding. They took the time to discuss thoroughly the creation of the perfect menu to suit our tastes, our wish to serve vegetarian food only, and the allergies and intolerances of some guests (dairy, gluten). They were very patient and friendly during the process, answering all our questions and providing clear info. The quote was extremely reasonable, nearly half the price quoted by similar event pizza van companies. Yet on the day, our guests and us were delighted to see that their food and service didn't feel cheap at all: super efficient set up, lovely team and, most of all... amazing pizzas, arancinis (we regretted not ordering more of those!) and salads. Perfect <3

We had Ash & Emma cater our wedding and couldn't recommend them more! Communication was excellent throughout, pizza choices were varied and all delicious, all of our guests said how nice they were. Fantastic service and extremely lovely people, would definitely use again, thank you Ash & Emma!

Excellent Pizza, 10/10 would book again
Absolutely exceptional in every way, their service, communication, value for money and the standard of the pizza was 11/10. I do not know what anyone could do to be better than this for a wedding pizza van. If you want pizzas for any event then there absolutely is not a better option in Bristol and the surrounding area than West Coat Pizza. We had 150 guests and they all loved it, the pizza was served as a buffet option in front of the van and it worked perfectly with the pizzas coming as quickly as people could eat them. We would describe ourselves as somewhat of pizza snobs having bought a pizza oven during lockdown and perfected our pizza dough and styles over the many weeks of isolation, and we really mean it how good these pizzas are!
