Wild Dough is a small family-run mobile wood-fired pizza catering business providing incredible pizzas to parties and events across Cambridgeshire. We bring the sights, sounds, and aromas of our authentic mobile wood-burning pizza oven to your private event or community gathering. We hand-craft artisan pizzas using local, fresh, regional, and organic ingredients wherever possible.

We make pizza crust from scratch using a carefully maintained sourdough starter. We allow the dough to ferment for 2 days, the traditional way. Each pizza is topped with homemade signature sauce, high-quality mozzarella, a variety of local roasted vegetables, and carefully selected high-quality prosciutto, pepperoni, nduja, smoked ham, and anchovies.

Alongside our classic and special menu, we are proud to offer our popular vegan menu and gluten-free pizzas.
Our traditional, stone-based, wood-fired oven can maintain a floor temperature of 350°C - 400°C and is capable of cooking three 10-inch, thin-base Neapolitan pizzas under 90 seconds at a time. We burn kiln-dried oak, ash, or birch logs obtained from sustainable sources to ensure a quick, clean, smokeless heat that cooks the pizzas to perfection.

No matter what the occasion, we will plan and deliver events to remember. Your guests will be wowed by the spectacle of seemingly endless supply of hand-stretched dough, being transformed into delicious Neapolitan-style pizzas. Fabulous Pizza

The guys arrived promptly and set up their truck in my garden. Having the pizza truck created the exact atmosphere I wanted for my garden party. The pizzas were delicious and promptly served with a beaming smile. All of my guests were really impressed. Communication up to the day was very good. The weather could have been better but everyone had a great time with the pizza being the main source of happiness. I would definitely use Wild Dough Pizzeria again
