Wild & Smoky

Wild & Smoky is an award winning mobile restaurant, cooking and serving the best of Scottish ingredients in a “low ‘n’ slow” barbecue method which is particular to the deep south of the USA.

We serve many meat dishes including Scotch Aberdeen Angus beef, shoulder of pork, pork ribs, beef ribs, belly of pork and shoulder of lamb, which have been dry rubbed with our special seasonings and slow cooked over sustainable Scottish hardwood. We will also grill chicken, home-made burgers and kebabs over charcoal and wood smoke. All our meats are gluten free, incl burgers, apart from some of our sausages.

We offer great vegan, vegetarian alternatives such as smoked barbecued jackfruit, vegan burgers, smoked mac'n'cheese, stuffed peppers.

These dishes will be served with our own sauces, slaws and sides in compostable or biodegradable packaging.

We loved being part of your very chilled wedding. It was lovely that your family and friends had such a good time and that our food was very much appreciated by all. There are a few that stand out: grannie who had the most wonderful appetite, I think she tried a bit of everything. Your dad who couldn't thanks us enough and even tried the prawn ceviche (and doesn't like prawns particularly). Not to forget Connor who after sticky toffee pudding, came to ask if there were any of Walter's special chicken wings left .... and he did manage to get some buffalo/blue cheese wings to polish off.
