Here at Wildfire we take our BBQ very seriously. Which is why each ingredient we use is the very best we can get our hands on. Our meats and vegetables, flour for our breads, our pickles and parfaîts, drinks and desserts - even our charcoal - are all sourced from local suppliers and mixed together by our own dainty hands to produce the best BBQ you've ever tasted. How? Great BBQ is about charcoal and smoke; once you've mastered that, you can make anything taste incredible. And that's what we do, whether that be rare-breed pork, Lakeland lamb, Cumbrian chicken and local game, our any of our deliciously different vegetarian and vegan options, such as celeriac shawarma, our chervil root souvlaki, our broad bean falafel and kombucha-dressed salads. We can happily cater for all dietary requirements and can design a bespoke menu to suit your needs. With over 20 years' experience in the hospitality industry we're not just about street food (although we do that very well!), we also know a thing or two about event catering.
