Chef Joe Ouseley trained at a string of Michelin Starred restaurants (Rhodes Twenty Four, La Trompette, and Angler Restaurant) before launching WildGoose. We love variety and cater to a range of different styles of events.
Regardless of the nature of the budget of the event, our aim is to deliver impeccable food and service. Friendly, organised and reliable we love what we do and it shows every time.
We have menus for weddings and formal dinners, canapés, afternoon teas, picnics, barbecues, and buffets. If you have an event that requires a bespoke menu, why not put our creativity to the test?

Fantastic food of high standard freshly prepared
I had a good feeling about Joe by just speaking with him on the phone to discuss my options. I was not disappointed, Joe is calm, considerate and a pleasure to deal with. All my requests were accommodated and the food was exceptional. Joe arrived with everything required to cater for 34 guests with canapes, buffet lunch with great choices and presentation. I felt that I was in a restaurant and not my own garden. Thank you Joe. I will definately recommend Joe and he will be my first go to caterer for any future events.

One of the best catering services we have used!
I used Wild Goose and Joe as our usual caterer was not available for the day - having said that I don't think I will ever go back to them again as Joe and his food were so good. He's polite, professional and happy to take on new menu suggestions. His team on the day were excellent and well trained. All our guests were raving about the food quality and service. He & his sous chef tidied the kitchen afterwards which was a bonus. I would not hesitate to recommend him or to use him again myself. Best of luck to Wild Goose!
Very professional and great style
Joe and his team provided the catering for my private party of c.40. Joe was highly professional - easy to plan and communicate with. On the night he and his team delivered delicious, refined food out of a small kitchen area, and served my guests with great style and charm. Everyone loved and appreciated the food, and commented on how great the service was. Highly recommended!
