Wing Theory

At Wing Theory we specialise in crispy fried chicken and chips served with a variety of home-made sauces and rubs. Our produce is sourced locally but we look for flavour inspiration far and wide. Think Lemon Pepper, Togarashi, Hot Honey, Korean Barbecue, Salsa Verde or Buffalo sauce. We provide flavourful, hearty portions of chicken wings or boneless chicken strips.

Our food is safe for all major allergens with no compromise on flavour or fullness. Our menu is suitable for gluten, nut, dairy, egg, fish, mustard, celery and lupin free. We also bring a team of allergy trained staff, able to assist with queries and requests.

We operate from a mobile street food gazebo which is easily set up and removed.
