We are a small family run operation specializing in smaller more intimate events that a lot of the bigger more established companies wont want to do as its not lucrative enough for them we can cater from a small intimate home party from 45-50 guests to a maximum of 100.
I am a Military Veteran so do preferential rates for Military, Veterans and Blue Light customers please let me know your status when we make contact.
Our dough comes from a local company using their own Italian family sourdough recipe that has been perfected over 40 years giving a great depth of flavour and consistency in quality.
As the operation is wood fired we can also cater for other cuisines if you are not into Pizza, we also roasted lamb in Pittas, Roasted meats in bread rolls, pretty much anything please just ask as with a woodfired oven the possibilities are huge. Delicious pizzas which everyone loved!
Paul was a very attentive host who came to see us before the event to check out the outside space to set up in and discuss the toppings that we wanted and the way in which we wanted the pizzas served. Nothing was too much trouble and when I said that I had a always wanted a pizza oven in the garden, he even lent us a small one that he had prior to the event so that I could try one out! Pizzas were brilliant and all the guests said how much they had enjoyed them. We had 3 young children at the event and Paul let them put their own toppings on, which they loved.I would highly recommend Paul!
Excellent from start to finish
I really can't fault a thing about Witham wood Fired. Paul was extremely quick to get in touch and we agreed a fair price straight away. I felt from the first conversation that Paul was organised and this proved to be true, with any queries I had getting a quick response. Paul was bang on the time we agreed for the event and was able to cater for the dietary requirements we had. (One gluten free one vegan). both he and his wife were very friendly and their set up was attractive. The final bit which I though was brilliant was that he took time to make pizzas with the children we had at the party. This was completely unexpected but was a lovely touch. I would both highly recommend Witham wood fired and use them again.

Paul was super friendly and informative during the initial booking and lead up. On the day the team were so self sufficient and cracked on whilst we had a busy morning of attending to other things, which just gave us one less thing to worry about. The setup looked great and the pizzas were AMAZING! We had so many compliments from the guests. I would definitely recommend. Thank you so much.
Wow.Amazing from start to finish.
Wonderful company. They could not do enough to make the process exactly bespoke for my needs.The bespoke pizzas were delicious ..I mean really yummy catering for gluten free,vegans and veggies.Such a professional service very approachable and my guests were very complimentary and the standard of care given to all from 6 to 92year olds.All communication was positive on time and I felt very reassured throughout. I would definitely use them again and have recommended them to friends and families. A small gathering of around 50 guests ,a limited venue but they could not have been more flexible.Images show everyone loving the pizzas.Lovely people
Fantastic street food for our wedding evening
Paul was extremely attentive to what we wanted for our perfect independent wedding. We agreed on five different varieties of pizza that he cooked to order for our guests. It all went down very well. Paul even did brunch the next morning for about 45 guests who stayed over glamping and camping. We would highly recommend Witham Wood Fired Pizza. Thanks so much.
