We have a shop that I open in Woodford established 2015 with my aunt as the chef she is still running till this day with my Wife I decided to open Woodford original jerk 2019 which is authentic Caribbean Mobile street food trailer so now i can come to different locations and provide the wonderful flavour of my Aunts Caribbean Country and food experience She has taught me everything she knows which is over 40 years experience different seasonings & food recipes
