Whether you’re planning a beautiful wedding, throwing a celebratory party, managing a smart corporate event or organizing a festival, our flexible packages suit a mix of styles and budgets.

A family business based in Bristol, Woosah was set up by Nick and Caroline in 2019. Both have backgrounds in business and events and were keen to put their experience to good use. The couple’s two sons are on hand to help out with large-scale events.

Our bespoke packages are simple and flexible and can be tailored to suit any occasion.
What you’ll receive

A fully stocked mobile bar – agreed to suit your taste/tailored to the event on an agreed date
A team of professional, licensed friendly staff
A private temporary event notice (if required)
Payment options
We offer a range of payment options to suit your event and budget.
You can choose from:
• Pre-paid bar – guests can enjoy drinks from a pre-paid bar for the duration of the event or to a
Pre-agreed limit, after which time they will need to pay for their own by card or cash
• Cash bar – guest pay for their own drinks with cards or cash
• Token bar – you pay upfront for a set amount which your guests receive tokens against. Once the tokens are used up, it becomes a cash bar

Glassware is available on request at an additional cost
