We serve delicious Toasted Tortillas based on our signature 10-hour smoked pulled pork and vegan/ Vegetarian options. Loaded Fries or nachos stuffed with lots of meat or veggie options and smothered in fantastic sauces!

We buy and source our products and ingredients locally, meaning it's fresh and of excellent quality. Our speciality pork is marinated and (very slowly) cooked in our smoking oven - a time-consuming (but very worthwhile) process which produces some lovely, smokey, juicy, fall-apart pulled pork.

We also offer a vegetarian option tortilla based on our spicy tofu or a VFC chicken-style tender made with vegetable proteins in a Southern fried corn flake coating. We can also create a customised menu for your event upon request.

We trade from an attractive, quirky, specially converted Horse Box. We are self-contained, fully insured and licensed.
