Hot food, Mexican twist with vegan and vegetarian options. Healthy, different and easily held tasty snacks. Mainly burritos but menu can be adapted to your liking.
We have a 5 star food hygiene rating and have been trading for over 3 years. Can handle busy markets and private events with ease. I've been a chef all my life.
The trailer itself is approximately 12 feet long including the hitch and 8 feet high. Runs on lpg gas and minimal electricity.
Can be plugged into standard household supply or I can run off my own battery. A generator is not always necessary.

Private party, event catering. Works outdoors from a small Street food catering trailer. Chef with over 20years experience

Incredible burritos!!
We chose Ed for our wedding and he did not disappoint! The burritos were amazing quality and size. He turned up with more than enough time to set up, was great to chat to via text before the event and answered any queries we had before. I would definitely choose Wrapscallion for future events.
Great communication
Ed was great at communicating for my event. He was quick to reply and was really helpful. Unfortunately the weather on the day of my event was awful and Ed was unable to attend but he still kept in contact throughout to let me know!

100% better than we could have hoped
We were having a celebration party with family and friends, lots of different people and tastes and every single person i spoke to raved about the quality of the food provided by Ed at Wrapscallions. He was on time and went out of his way to communicate to us what was going to happen. I have 0 doubt in my mind if we need a catering truck for anything again in the future, this will be straight to the top of the list!
Brilliant food!
Ed was incredible from the moment we found him. This was my first time organising food suppliers for an external work event and he made this easy and enjoyable. We have received great feedback about the burritos and we would definitely invite Ed to attend events in the future!
