Colin Palmer, grew up in a Caribbean household, and from a young age, loved watching his parents prepare and cook fresh food, a cuisine which is influenced from India, Spain, Latin America. He followed his passion for music in his earlier years, and spent many years as a hip hop music promoter and DJ. It was his role as a manager for a fast food restaurant, where he got the buzz for serving food to the public, and experimenting with creating his own flavours. Wrapstars is the result of his love for 90’s rap music and his passion for creating good wholesome food, that keeps people coming back for more.
