X Event Solutions is an entertainment and event equipment hire company based in the quaint village of Appleford, Oxfordshire. We specialise in both private and corporate events, including weddings, exhibitions, family fun days, Christmas parties and birthday parties.
The company has been designed with every type of occasion in mind. The one thing that all events have in common is the need for one-off luxury items, whether that be a PA system for a Gala Dinner, an inflatable slide for a Summer Fete or even centrepieces for a Wedding Breakfast. Not only do these items come at a considerable cost, they usually take up a lot of space and the chances of them getting used again are very slim! That's why our team have purchased them... so you don't have to. Different types of events warrant different solutions and although no two events are ever the same, the equipment used usually is. Our entire product portfolio can be used for any and every occasion, so whether you're planning a birthday bash or brand activation, we offer fair and standardised pricing across our range.

Great games and service!
Very pleased to find this team when hunting for games for our wedding. Excellent value for money and the service was excellent (down to helping me carry games in the pouring rain!). Would definitely use again and recommend to others.
Great selection of games delivered and collected!
Great find. A very helpfully company with a great selection of outdoor games. Had an event over two days with children. This was the perfect solution as it kept the parents and children engaged while also having fun. The company were great to deal with and the delivery, set up and collection was a bonus. Would highly recommend

Seamless service and a great addition!
The communication was clear from the offset and everything was delivered as promised. Although we didn’t get to enjoy the garden games on our big day we heard from guests that they were able to enjoy them.
