We offer a mobile hog roast service for events of all sizes; with succulent hot fresh meat served straight from the spit with crispy golden crackling, we rub the skin of all our pigs with olive oil and sea salt and cracked black pepper to give the crackling its extra flavor and crunch. Served with sage and onion stuffing and Bramley Apple Sauce in freshly baked bread rolls
