Welcome to the Blooming Dough.
All of our sourdough pizzas are hand made to order using 100 % fresh ingredients.
All prepared by our team of experienced chefs, then stone baked on an authentic Italian clay pizza stone!
We only use best quality mozzarella and tomato sauce and of course we always source local quality produce.
Our secret to great pizza?
SOURDOUGH!
Our Sourdough takes 48-72 hours to make.
No commercial yeast here.
We use whole milk fresh mozzarella and source our toppings locall.
All of this to create a fantastic sourdough pizza experience!
We have huge variety fully licenced mobile bars, which can be setup alongside our Pizza Trailers so we can fully cater for your event !

Delicious pizza and amazing service!
Bart and Ania were absolutely fantastic on the day, they arrived in really good time, caused no disruption to our regular business day and supplied delicious, hot pizza! Their sourdough base is their own special recipe and we can attest its fantastic and also naturally very low in gluten so most GF people can have it. They adapted the pizza menu as requested and supplied vegan options too. Highly recommended!
Absolutely amazing
Blooming Dough where amazing! They arrived on time to my husbands 30th party and the service was great everyone really enjoyed the food too! Thank you so much guys ❤️ I would definitely recommend and use again for another event.
Fantastic service
Pizzas were very popular and delicious. What didn't get eaten were boxed up and guests were able to eat more later in the evening or take some home. The guys were very friendly and everything was simple and easy enabling me to enjoy the night. Thanksx

Amazing Service!
Highly recommend this pizza van. Bart was polite, tidy and provided good quality hot pizzas at a fast rate, catering to our needs at special requests that came at the time. A fantastic employee reward!
