What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If you want the best service from an animal encounter you need to assure whoever you hire has appropriate insurance and is complying with all the new performing animal licensing laws. Every animal encounter business must have the new performing animal license and you should be able to request their license number. If they do not have this, they are operating illegally.
You might also ask, what does the animal encounter offer? Can you handle the animals? How many staff members do you get with your encounter? Are there any extras available like games, singing, art, education, etc. Are the animals you will receive and the quality of the staff consistent and reliable?

I started Creature Courage from a passion and love for animals and helping people. I wanted people to be free to love animals and find the beauty and fascination in all creatures. We have helped hundreds of adults and children to get over animal phobias and have brought delight and wonder with all our animal encounters. When you work with us, you will see this compassion and love shine through.
