What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
We need to know what kind of event you would like to create, so we are able to share the same aspect as you. We need to know the date, start time, finish time. How long we will have to set your event up. The type of event. Numbers of people attending the event. If your event is indoor or outdoor. Equipment you will need for your event. What you plan to do during the event. This will enable us to plan your event with you and make it a success!!
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask the provider what experience they have in the field. If the equipment is fully PAT tested this ensures it is safe for people to use to a high standard. Ask the provider if they are fully insured and for how much. Find what they offer, for how much and what is included but also what is not. Ask their advice on what equipment you think they need for your event. After all, they are the experts.
