What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
Hey! For DW media to provide the best quote we would need some very basic information like dates, venues/locations, type of event, attendees and if it is outdoor or indoor. This will help us learn more about your event and put a suitable quote together for the equipment and staff needed.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You should always check companies out, make sure they have the correct insurance and are reputable. You can do this by reading their reviews and looking at their website. We also recommend calling them to speak to staff directly about your project so you can see if they understand the work they are needed to carry out.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I started this business 6 years ago when I saved up pennies in a jar and bought my first camera. I started small working on smaller events arriving free of charge to film them and get involved and then I started trying to market my services. I love working with new people and have a real love for events! I want to stand out from other companies ensuring the customer always come first!
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
We have had a few bookings through Add to Event now and it is amazing! The people we have been with at the events are wonderful, we have travelled across the UK doing these events and have had some amazing experiences doing so.
