What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
Here at Illuminate FX, we would always like to speak to you over the phone to get a better understanding of your event will be but if you would rather just send us a message here is a little information we would need to know - a brief explanation of the type of event you are hosting, estimated number of guests, potential venue, the date and time you would need us on site or need the equipment and is the event indoor or outdoor.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We are a family run business, and although we are not a huge everyday name we offer a high quality of service and products to our customers, on a day to day basis. All of our events are run by a small team of trusted and well mannered staff.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
As the owner of Illuminate Audio Visual Effects, I have been in the event business for over 10 years running big and small events all over the UK from conferences to the British army summer balls. We started Illuminate FX to create a one stop shop experience for events and conferences.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
