What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide a comprehensive quote to a customer, ideally we need the event date, location, design required and colours required. Please let us know if the event is indoors/outdoors and how much time prior to the event starting we can access to setup. From this we can use our expertise and experience to put together a suitable design and equipment list.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Firstly, ask the provider about the product the are offering. They may have several other props or services they can offer you past what is advertised. Take the time to talk and discuss designs. Perhaps see if you can meet them in person prior to your event.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

My Mum was a balloon decorator for the first 5 years of my life. I always went on setups with her and learned the Industry inside out. After attending University I came home and started working for the family business where I met a lot of events suppliers and found a new passion in Balloons. The rest is History!

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

To have such a platform that recommends you to potential clients is amazing. To be seen in a very over-saturated environment is the break we needed. Being new is not easy!
