Dave Greenwood aka Deejay Dubbles, has been DJing for 15 Years and can play and mix a multitude of genres of music. He has played for all sorts of celebrations, including weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, reunions, retirements, Christmas parties, corporate events, club nights charity events and many, many more!
He also provides all the equipment which includes a full PA/Sound System & a full lighting rig too.
What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
As an event DJ, the best way to able to provide a customer with the best quote is to be able to comprehend a multitude of information, so we can tailor a package that is financially viable. Including the event date, event location and venue, and estimated guests. This allows us to use our expertise to calculate the best value for the customer.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
As an entertainer, I am a true believer in my own ability. With nearly 20 years of live experience, I actively pursue the opportunity to break down the package that I provide, to accommodate every aspect of a customers enquiry. As a DJ, using my experience to ease a customer's concerns is the best way to establish a connection between customer and client. So don’t be afraid to ask!
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
Music has always been my passion, and sharing that passion with others is an even bigger passion. At the age of 16, and parent-free, I made my way to Ibiza, and it changed my life forever. I truly became a fan of the DJ and not the club and it made me the DJ I am today. Since that time, I have spent years perfecting my craft to make every event I perform at the best it can be. Including the client at every opportunity that I can, brings the togetherness that is at the heart of what I do.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
Add to Event is forever growing, and rapidly becoming one of the biggest entertainment hubs for customer and client liaison in the UK.
