What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide a competitive quote to a customer we would need to know what type of event they are planning, the location of the event, how many guests are attending, the budget and what type of services they require. Once we have these details we can put together a comprehensive package.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would recommend to all customers looking to hire a buffet caterer to check the reviews on the business - after all reviews are people that have used the business and have experienced what they have to offer in regards to buffet food. Secondly i would ensure that they are qualified in Food & Hygiene and have been inspected by the FSA.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Our business is owned by myself and my Sister-in-Law, it is a family run business and was started on all of our love for events and catering. We have been heavily involved in organizing charity events in the past and decided to take it to the next level and start a business providing buffets in Lancashire.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

Our business is still new to Add to Event, we joined a while back and recently starting using the service again because we have seen how much it has grown since we were here last. The bookings we have made through Add to Event have gone from strength to strength.
