What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

For us to provide the most accurate quote possible we will require the following details: date of the event, hours required or serving start time, venue and any details about access, amount of prepaid covers. From this we can give an estimate depending on what selection of menu you want - a simple menu would be one beef one halloumi with all the usual options available, the upper end would be 6 patty menu with no limit on choices plus bacon and other paid extras.

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make all numbers and dietary choice info available as soon as possible. Make sure to state any access or facilities issues upfront.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

I started my business just selling venison on a local market that my dad had shot. I grew into that business and loved selling outdoors but felt that I wanted to do hot food so that I could give people the experience there and then and not just sell a product for the fridge. I fell in love with street food in 2015 and have never looked back. Burgers are my life and passion and I hope to show you how!

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

My first booking came withing a week, and was a last minute call in for a wedding 2 weeks away that needed evening food. The Client was impressed that with such little notice I pulled together a 150 quet cusom burger menu (she chose a custom burger to fit her wedding theme). Everything went smoothly and I have never had no issues with an addto even client.
