What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't always go by first judgment, do your basic research on caterers available in your area.
Deposit should be offered from either side to ensure commitment and support is provided all the way to ensure the event is successful
Make sure you are provided with an allergen menu, itemised and up to date. Observe general knowledge and professional approach from vender to avoid disappointment.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

I spent 15 years in the hospitality industry, developing my skills and knowledge as well as a growing passion for the craft.
Over the years I have worked in various roles across multiple sites for one of the UK's leading hospitality companies, which helped and formed my approach to running a successful business as well as maintaining high standards throughout.
Eventually moving forward in starting up my own company utilising all my knowledge and resources.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
