What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?

You tell us the date of the event and where and what exactly is that you want us to do outside of the brief explanation provided by us and also if the event is being hosted inside or outside, or if we have to depend on the weather?

What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I always look for teamwork so absolutely take the best from the provider who is trying to be real as possible. There is a lot of (I called plastic selling) where people say something without meaning without emotions and that’s bad. I experience many times when people tried more to sell me stuff rather then having a relationship first, it feels weird and empty and sincerely even if you’re being nice and trying to listen to what they have to sell you know that everything they say is for their own benefit. I think success comes when we are getting rid of double-minded and we really genuinely Love and appreciate people.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Yes, I love this question because everything started with passion. I remember last year was my 3-year-old daughters birthday and we know how much she loves Disney characters especially Mickey and Minnie Mouse so we decided to look for someone. We looked and looked and there was hardly anything but somehow we got to someone that was renting the costume, so we did, we rent the adult Mickey Mouse. I cannot tell you how excited I was and to see my daughter reaction was priceless. So not long after I told my wife, Babe I need to buy one costume for Grace and then it clicked to me about the business (you get the idea). The thing is that I enjoy doing it and I think that very important.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

Again, I think I answered in the previous question, Every situation is different, as long you are real and genuine people will notice that and for me, that’s the secret for everything, Relationship first, Why? The relationship gives good reference even if the event didn’t go perfect, people will take into account the man that sells the product even if the product didn’t produce 100%. Add to Event has been very useful to my business.
