Cocktail Chemistry is more than just a bar and food service or selection of alcoholic canapes - they are an experience! They also have some succinct advice for when hiring a provider.
What do you need to know from an organiser in order to provide a comprehensive quote?
The budget is very important. Many times clients do not understand the concept of delivering a service and the costs. They need to know that if they order a cocktail or a meal in a restaurant that cost x amount. if someone delivers it to their house it will cost more.
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would advise them to do a lot of research. Be clear about the level of service and communicate with the supplier about the detail of your requirements.
Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.
I have worked for many companies and have seen the industry first hand. I have taken on board everything I liked and left out the bits I didn't. I take extra care of my staff as if I make them happy, they make the clients happy.
Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?
My booking with Add to Event went well and smoothly. Unfortunately, even with a 150% satisfied client, they forgot to leave a review even after many questions. So I have only 1 review which is a shame but hopefully, this will change in the near future.
