For us to provide a comprehensive quote, ideally we need the event date, a brief explanation of the event they are hosting, the estimated number of guests, the number of hours required and the potential venue.

I would firstly ask how experienced they are with their coffee bar and making coffee overall. After all, the coffee itself might be fantastic but if it's not prepared the right way it will not matter. Also ask what is their menu and what is their forte.

Please tell us a little bit about how and why you started the business.

Our history starts from the north of South America, we have been coffee aficionados. Our parents ran a chain of bakeries and cafes and coffee was always the forefront priority to us. Years later after migrating to the UK we've decided to bring forward our parent's vision in creating the perfect coffee experience. We then decided to partner with Coffee-Bike because we were so impressed with the quality of the coffee and the beautiful bike design.
Mobile Catering allows us to bring our vision, product and service to every type of person in any kind of environment. We love sharing our fantastic product with everyone else and we are incredibly motivated by the satisfaction of our customers. We have fun when our customers are having a great experience and they are our upmost priority.

Please tell us about a booking you've had through Add to Event, how did it go? Would you recommend us to others?

One of the events that stands out the most was a Wedding catering booking in the countryside. The Coffee was planned to be served outside but it rained so hard that day and was very cold. Thanks to our mobile system we were able to relocate ourselves inside and still offer our product to everybody. It was fantastic because the Coffee lifted the spirits of everybody that got wet outside. We were there when they needed us the most.
